Our Partners

Two factors have brought Qualitrain continued success in the provision of Business Improvement and Skills Training - the experience and quaility of our Team, and the strength of our Strategic Partnerships.

West Nottinghamshire College

Based in Mansfield and Ashfield, West Nottinghamshire College is one of the largest and most successful providers of training for business in the country, and the major provider of post 16 education and training in Nottinghamshire.

The College works with large employers both locally and across the country and has even recently begun work with colleges in India aiming to open its own vocational centres on the sub-continent in the very near future.

WNC is widely recognised as one of the most successful colleges within the country attracting well over 20,000 students each year. The organisation is highly ranked by Ofsted, matching the best in the country, and has also been awarded Beacon status by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS). Beacon status recognises education providers that are exceptionally well managed and deliver outstanding teaching and learning. Only those that achieve Grade 1 (Outstanding) for Leadership and Management in their Ofsted report and no less than Grade 2 (Good) in all other areas are eligible to receive it. Last year the College was awarded Grade 1 across all categories by Ofsted inspectors, ranking it as one of the best colleges in the country.

There is no wonder that Qualitrain is so proud of its continuing partnership with WNC, and the college has been kind enough to recognise the value of our input with a recent award for Outstanding Timely Success, presented to Qualitrain for our ‘ongoing dedication to achieving exceptional learner retention rates’, and for hard work and commitment given to the college, its students and to the employers it serves.
