We felt the time was right to update you on what is happening here at Qualitrain. We appreciate that you will be inundated with COVID-19 updates, therefore we’ll try & keep it brief, and to the point for you.

What is happening now?

The Qualitrain Group is now fully open for business.

Why are we doing this?

We now have fully online training programmes and virtual support for all of our learners and apprentices. We also have COVID-19 controls in place for face to face training that is fully compliant with Government guidelines. These measures will ensure the safety of everyone.

What if I need Qualitrain during this time?

Qualitrain has opened the Derby office as we are conducting training programmes in our classrooms there. We have a strict Social Distancing processes in place and enforced.

The phone lines are open and manned during the working day.

What if my learners need support?

We are supporting learners across England where they or their employers are able to continue their learning. We are happy to speak to any learners who are not currently in training to help them get back into their apprenticeship.

What happens in the future?

We fully appreciate that this may not be the right time to be thinking long term however, we have taken some steps to ensure we can get back to normality as soon as possible, which are:

  • Learners who can carry on will continue via remote online learning
  • Customers who cannot continue at this time will be brought back onto their programme when you are ready. We will work hard to ensure that we will be ready to go within 2-days
