Levy Funded Provision – New Standards & Work Based Apprenticeship Frameworks

As a recognised apprenticeship provider Qualitrain can provide apprenticeship training to both levy and non-levy paying organisations. These apprenticeships are in the form of the new Improvement Standards ranging from level 2 through to level 6 and various Management and Supply Chain Standards. We currently still provide opportunities for candidates to choose the Work Based Apprenticeship Frameworks where available such as the highly successful level 2 Improving Operational Performance Framework and level 3 Operations and Quality Improvement Framework.

Funded Provision using Adult Education Budget and Skill Support in the Workplace

Qualitrain have many years’ experience building bespoke funded training programmes for clients in order to meet their specific core competency requirements for their entire workforce or develop new starter induction programmes. We expertly map the requirements of the qualification standard to the needs of the employer or individual and make the qualification fit for purpose. Our courses include a range of National Vocational Qualifications and Vocationally Related Qualifications including Lean, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supervisory, Leadership and Management, Business Administration and Warehouse and storage.

Commercial Training Provision

With many years of experience in the delivery of technical training Qualitrain can deliver a range of commercial training courses built exactly to the customers requirements. Our commercial courses include lean and six-sigma and as an example, for those companies wanting individual units such as implementation of statistical process control across their work area, we can provide that service, get it up and running and train the staff to sustain it. We provide Engineering Maintenance training at level 3 as well as creating core competency skills form electrical fault finding to loom building. Our team have vast experience in the Polymer Industries, and we have a variety of courses to support the requirements of injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, blown film manufacturers especially with the introduction of lean techniques including Total Productive Maintenance and Single Minute Exchange of Die. Uniquely, we have a highly skilled Powered Equipment training team that specialise in the rail sector including forklift trucks, cranes and various jack systems as well as providing various health and safety courses.
