Qualitrain Limited was one of the first training providers to appear on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), an essential accreditation for any organisation wanting to provide training under the Apprenticeship Levy, and something we achieved ahead of many colleges. Our robust administration and quality systems and the high performance of our back office team were behind this success.
Qualitrain is also proud to have been Matrix accredited for the last three years. Provided by EMQC Ltd on behalf of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, the Matrix standard is a unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice or guidance on learning and work. The standard promotes quality in our sector by ensuring organisations review, evaluate and develop their service, and is already used by universities, colleges, training providers and schools, as well as private businesses and other organisations.

Qualitrain are no exception adapting and incorporating the well-known standard into training and gaining the award first time.

ISO 27001 certification demonstrates that our business has systems in place to protect corporate information and data, whether this is online or offline. By gaining ISO 27001, customer and stakeholder confidence is increased and our company’s reputation is improved, allowing us to stand out amongst competitors.
The Investors in People Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. During our first assessment in Spring 2019, we were delighted to be awarded Silver (Awarded to top 5 percentile of organisations assessed) and our accreditation letter states: “The Silver award is a very challenging one to achieve and is a measure of a quality employer and an acknowledgement of the effort of everyone who works for your organisation. “An extract from the Assessment Report Summary states: “From the moment you walk through the door, it is very clear that this is a very people centred organisation. The survey scores are extremely positive, exceeding both the IIP average and industry average by a long way.
