Levels 6–7 – Degree Apprenticeships

At the top end of the scale are degree apprenticeships, which combine full-time employment with part-time university study. Level 6 apprenticeships are equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, while Level 7 aligns with a master’s qualification. These programmes offer the best of both worlds: a university degree plus significant workplace experience. For learners, it’s a debt-free alternative to traditional higher education. For employers, it provides a pipeline of graduate-level talent who are already embedded in their business.
