These requirements can come from customers as well as other stakeholders. Additionally, a Quality Practitioner will be responsible for all aspects of quality within their own area of responsibility e.g. production or procured goods. They will work with the departments responsible for product (or service) delivery, such as production, to execute quality processes in order to meet Key Performance Indicators.
